A few questions that we find our clients ask at first.

  • How long will the project take?

    Every project is different – the amount of time required will vary depending on the size of the space and the number of belongings in the space.

    Based on one organizer working on the space, we estimate the following amounts of time per space:

    • Bedroom (excluding closet) – 4-8 hours
    • Walk-In closet – 8-16 hours
    • Standard closet – 4-8 hours
    • Kitchen (including pantry) – 12-18 hours
    • Pantry only – 6-12 hours
    • Bathroom – 2-6 hours
    • Playroom – 8-16 hours
    • Office (home or corporate) – 8-20 hours (depending on the amount of filing required)
    • Garage – 8-16 hours
    • Basement/Storage Room – 8-16 hours
  • Where do the products come from?

    As much as possible, Peachey Clean will try to utilize the existing furniture and products already in the home. There are certainly times where additional materials and products will need to be purchased to achieve the desired objective.

    The Peachey Clean team will source and purchase any required products on behalf of clients. We always consider the style of the home, the needs of the family and the budget when sourcing materials.

  • Do I need to be at my home during the organizing process?

    For certain projects, the input of the client will be required (when editing items), but for the actual organization process, it is not necessary for the client to be present.

  • When and how do I pay?

    Upon completion of a project, you will receive a final invoice. Payment is due in full upon completion of the project.

    We accept cash, cheque, or E-transfer.

  • Do you guarantee confidentiality?

    We are very discreet and can assure you that your personal information including details related to your family and your home will remain private.

  • What happens with the items that I no longer want?

    Whenever possible, the items you no longer wish to keep in your home will be donated to a local charitable group. If there is a specific organization you wish to support, we will do our best to ensure your items make it to them.

    In the case of broken, damaged or unusable items, we will dispose of these such items for you.
